Our founder is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong academic foundation, holding degrees in M.A., B.Sc., B.Ed., D. Pharm., and LL.B. During his law studies, he secured 2nd Merit in Nagpur University, showcasing his academic excellence early on. He began his legal career in 1986 at the Moffusil Court in Pusad district Yavatmal and later practiced at the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench. In recognition of his legal capabilities and integrity, he was appointed as a Judge in 1990, gaining valuable experience from the judicial side of the legal system.

After 10 years of judicial service, he returned to legal practice in 2000 as the Central Government Pleader for Income Tax at the Bombay High Court. He continued practicing there until 2007 before moving on to the Supreme Court of India, where he practiced from 2007 to 2017. Having practiced in both the lowest and the highest courts of the country, and with over 30 years of combined judicial and legal experience, he offers deep insights and dependable representation in a wide range of legal matters, with a steadfast commitment to providing honest, clear, and effective legal support.

He is also a member of the Arbitration Council of India and can serve both as an arbitrator and as counsel in arbitration proceedings.

His unique background enables him to think like a judge when evaluating a case and like an advocate when presenting it, offering clients a rare and valuable dual perspective.
